Tadah! After 10 years I'm still alive! ahaha! I'm really sorry guys, I haven't had enough time to update my blog. I've been busy since I arrived here in Milan. Anyways, few days before I left Philippines,  I attended this wonderful event or should I say it's a once-in-a-lifetime event! ^_^

I was lucky to be part of The Beauty Junkee's Meet and Greet! I'm so happy to meet Ms. Martha ( The Beauty Junkee) and Ms. Shen of  Shen's Addiction. I also met a lot of  beauty bloggers and readers as well.

What I Wore: PFW feat. Avon Fashion Show

Okay, so this was the first time I got an invite for the Philippine Fashion Week.  Actually, I got three invites, the first one is for Mr. Veejay Floresca's Fashion show, the second one is for M Barretto et al Fashion show and last is for Avon Fashion Show. I really had a hard time choosing on which fashion show should I go to. I find it difficult to choose what to wear for the two designers fashion show - I don't want to be underdressed! So I chose to attend Avon's. I got 2 invites for the said fashion show so I brought my sister with me.

Here's what I wore.

On me: White Blazer from Spanner, Black Backless dress from Red Tag, Red Stilettos from Shoe Feet, Hot Pink Envelope Bag from Shy Shop. Make up from E.L.F Cosmetics  and Ever Bilena Magic Lipstick (Hot Pink Shade)

Hello guys! Here's the second batch of events that I wanted to attend to.  If you haven't read the first list, check 'em  here.

Philippine Opera Company’s Ang Bagong Harana returns onstage from June 6 to10 in time for the Philippine Independence Day Celebration.

Ang Bagong Harana takes off from the success of Philippine Opera Company’s musical review “Harana” showcasing Filipino music. This time, the emphasis is on Filipino’s relationship to history, faith, nature and nationhood. No longer bound to the usual divisions of lowland, cordillera, Muslim, folk and colonial experiences.

It is more than a selection of well-loved Filipino love songs. It is a love letter to the Filipinos, to our history, our ideals, our lost past and the values that we must take with us as we journey, as a nation, into the future.

I love events! I really love them -  free food, freebies and of course, meeting new friends! As a blogger, it's important to build networks and to connect with people in your industry. You also have to look for your potential partners and when you found them, start to develop a good relationship with them. 1. Cultural Office - Italian Embassy Manila offers free performance and workshop from  Le Supplici Contemporary Dance Company. Some of you might wonder why I want to attend this event. Well, I've been in Italy once and hopefully, this month, I'll be able to get back as soon as possible. Attending this event makes me feel like I'm in Italy again - and hey! It's for free! ^_^

I was so excited to attend Selecta Cornetto's Grand Eye Ball which was held at SM Megatrade Hall 1 last May 5,2012. Unfortunately, I came too late so I wasn't able to join the eye ball *sigh*. However, I had so much fun dressing up.It was a white party which means all people attending the event should wear all-white clothes, but the admins allowed guests not to be in  all-white attire. You can wear a white top paired with colored pants or shorts or vice versa.


I have never been a huge fan of white shirts or anything white.  I find white very plain and oh-so-boring -oops! but that was before! Now, I adore white tees, pants and dresses, maybe because I know now how to make them look stylish just by adding some cute accessories or by pairing them with bold prints and colors. 

   For the event, I decided to wear a white tee paired with black maong shorts. It looks very plain,  so I 

    added a white blazer and gray stockings! I really love stockings and long socks!

   On me: Sisley White tee , Black maong shorts , United Colors of Benetton bag, Spanner Blazer,Beige shoes -SM, Gray stockings and White belt form Y.R.Y.S.

   Accessories: White silver cross earrings and again, my fave rings! Sadly, I forgot to wear my necklace.

Bloggers United Strikes Three!

Third time’s the charm for the most anticipated fashion bloggers event in the country!

Bloggers United is staging their third bloggers bazaar this June 2 at the Grandview Events Place to once again gather Manila’s top fashion bloggers in one single venue outside of the World Wide Web. As celebrated yearly, Instituto Cervantes de Manila, in collaboration with various bookstores and other institutions, will offer a Book Market during the Open House and Book Party on the 21st of April. From 10 am to 6pm, bibliophiles can get their hands on a wide selection of books: children and young adult titles, dictionaries, novels, and non-fiction titles, at the Día del Libro book fair.

Demonstration classes will be held at 10:30 am and 1:30 pm for those who are interested to learn the Spanish language. Diagnostic tests will also be conducted at 11 am for those who want to know the extent of their Spanish language proficiency. Interested applicants for the diagnostic test may register for free by emailing dele.manila@cervantes.es

The 5th Student Advertising Congress

Last Wednesday, February 8,2012 , I attended the 5th Student Advertising Congress - an event organized by my dear classmates and Professor, Dan Villa, Chairman of SAC together with LPU's League of Young Communication Artist and Journalists. The event was held at 1 Esplanade in Pasay City, near MOA. I came late so I can't tell you what happened on the first part but as far as I know, there were 2 or more speakers talked about their respective topics.


On the second half of the event, Walker, Tomato and DU Manille show off their new collections via  a  fashion show.

Here are some of  clothes from various brands and independent fashion designers. (I'm sorry guys I can't remember on which collection they belong to).
